All culinary calculations (dough hydration, meat brining, vegetable fermentation, and recipe scaling) are performed entirely within your web browser using local JavaScript. No recipe data, quantities, or ingredients are transmitted to our servers or stored in any database.

Slow Food WI-SE operates as a non-commercial educational archive. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site trackers, cookies, or fingerprinting technologies. Standard aggregated server logs (such as Cloudflare edge delivery metrics) are used solely for performance monitoring and DDoS prevention.
